表面改性蔗渣纤维PVC复合材料力学性能的研究

摘要 采用不同表面改性剂(氨基硅烷偶联剂、马来酸酐、苯甲酸和聚乙二醇表面活性剂)对蔗渣纤维(BF)进行处理,研究了表面改性剂的种类及表面改性剂的复配(硅烷偶联剂和苯甲酸复配)对BFP/VC复合体系力学性能的影响规律,探讨了改性剂的作用机理。结果表明,表面改性剂的处理使BFP/VC复合体系的力学性能有不同程度的改善。同时以扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料冲击断面进行了观察,发现改性BFP/VC的相容性得到了有效改善。 Different surface modifiers (aminosilane coupling agent,maleie anhydride, benzoic acid and polyethylene glycol surface active agent) were used to treat bagasse fiber (BF).Study has been made on the influence of surface modifier variety and complex treatment (silane coupling agent and benzoic acid) on mechanical property of BF/PVC composite system.Surface modification mechanism has also been discussed.The result shows that treatment of surface modifiers can improve the mechanical property of BF/PVC composite system to different extent.Moreover,observations on the impact section of composite material with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) discovered that compatibility of modified BF/PVC has been improved effectively.
