摘要
观察了全脑缺血/再灌流不同时间大鼠脑组织钙、丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化及病理改变。脑组织钙在缺血30分钟后再灌流60分钟时较对照组升高;MDA含量块血30分钟和缺血30分钟后再灌流30分钟时较对照组升高;钙和MDA含量变化呈正相关。讨论了Ca^(++)在脑缺血/再灌流损伤中的作用机理。
The content of calcium and malodialdehyde (MDA) in rat brain tissue following the global ischemia and postischemic recirculation were determined and the Pathologic changes were observed in the article.The concentration of calcium in the brain tissue was increased following 30min ischemia and60 min recirculation when compared witht he control; the level of MDA was also elevated as compared with the control following 30 min ischemia or 30min ischemiawith 30min recirculation; there is a positive correlation between the changes of calc ium and MDA. The injurv mechanisms related to Ca^(++) during the Period of brain ischemia and recirculation were also discussed in this paper.
