摘要
早期开裂是高性能混凝土应用中经常出现的问题,这不仅影响混凝土的外观质量,也给混凝土的耐久性带来不利影响。针对这一问题,利用平板法约束试验,研究自然环境下不同水胶比,大掺量粉煤灰以及聚丙烯纤维对海工高性能混凝土早期开裂的影响。结果表明:一定范围内随着水胶比降低,开裂明显加剧,单掺粉煤灰和聚丙烯纤维均对早期开裂有抑制作用,二者双掺效果更佳。
Early-age cracking is a recurrent problem in the application of high performance concrete, it not only affects the outward appearance quality of concrete but also brings adverse effect on durability of concrete.Aiming at this problem.The influences of different water-binder ratio, large volume fly ash and polypropylene fiber on early cracking of maritime high performance concrete by using fiat-restraint test on the natural environment were stadied.The results indicate that within a certain range the lower the water binder ratio is,the more shrinkage and cracking is found, fly ash or polypropylene fiber can restrain the early-age cracking alone,having both of them gets a better results.
