摘要
国外从70年代末以来,对聚丙烯纤维混凝土进行了大量的试验研究,并在军事、房屋、交通、水利等工程中得到广泛应用。我国则在80年代中期开始引进应用。研究成果和工程经验证明,聚丙烯纤维能减少和防止混凝土在塑性和初期硬化阶段的收缩裂缝产生,从而提高防渗、抗冻、抗冲磨等性能。本文介绍聚丙烯纤维混凝土的性能和它在水利水电工程中广泛的应用前景。
Many experiments and studies has been done in foreign countries for polypropylene fibre concrete since 1970s, and it has been generally applied to various projects for military affairs, housing, transportation, and water conservancy, etc. It was firstly introduced to China in the middle of 1980s, and the research results and practical experience prove that polypropylene fibre can reduce or prevent the generation of shrinkage crack of concrete in plastic and initial hardening process, thus improving its performances in seepage resisting, frozen resisting, shock strength and wearing strength. This paper make an introduction to the performance of polypropylene fibre concrete and its extensive use prospect in water and hydropower projects.
