摘要
本文测试了不同热处理后51CrV4弹簧钢的力学性能,并对其微观组织进行了分析。通过正交试验得出,实验用51CrV4弹簧钢的最佳热处理工艺为:880℃油淬—460℃回火保温2 h空冷。
Mechanical properties and the microstructure of different heat treatment spring steel 51CRV4 were studied. By the method of orthogonal, the best heat treatment parameters of spring steel 51CrV4 are as below, 880℃oil quenching -460℃ tempered air - cooled heat for 2 hours.
