摘要
介绍了压电式加速度传感器在随钻测量中的应用。针对钻井中井下环境及重力加速度对随钻测量的数据的影响,提出了加速度传感器在钻井工程中的标定方法。通过对加速度传感器进行多种方案的标定,分析并对比标定结果,验证了IC压电式加速度传感器的幅频特性和灵敏度,系统的正确性,以及振动加速度对电路板的正常工作的影响。同时研究了改变冲击钻的机械结构对传感器的工作状态的影响。最后,分析了标定中出现误差和噪音的更多方面因素,并提出解决方法。
This paper introduced the piezoelectric acceleration sensors in the measurement applications of the drilling. For the influence of drilling in-well environment and gravity acceleration, it presented the acceleration sensor calibration approach in the drilling engineering. Through multiple solutions to acceleration sensor calibration, it analyzed and contrasted the calibration results, verified the amplitude frequency characteristics and the sensitivity, the correctness of the system and the influence of the vibration acceleration to the normal work of board circuit about IC piezoelectric acceleration sensor. The paper studied the mechanical struc- ture change of the jigsaw affect sensor working status. Finally, it analyzed more factors of error and noise, and presented some meth- ods to solve them.
