游离脂肪酸及其代谢产物与缺血性脑水肿关系的实验研究

摘要 本文应用Wistar大鼠制作四血管结扎脑缺血模型。发现缺血早期即有脑含水量增加,再灌流可使脑水肿加重,并伴有Na^+含量增加及K^+/Na^+比值下降;脑组织的游离脂肪酸(FFA)在缺血30分钟开始迅速上升,再灌流后逐渐恢复至正常。而血浆FFA再通后先上升,然后下降;脑组织及血浆的TXB_2和6—keto—PGF_(1a)在缺血30分钟开始上升,再通30分钟达到峰值。 This Paper reported cerebral ischemic model using wistar rats by ligation of four lange brain arteries.The result showed that (1) brain water content was increased during the early period of ischemia and cerebral edema became moreserious following blood recirculation.Na^+ was increased and the ratio of Ka^+ and Na^+ (K^+/Na^+) decreased at same time, (2) Free fatty acid (FFA) in brain tissue was increased rapidly after 30min of ischemia, and returned to normal level after recirculation.However, plasma FFA was elevated at first, then declined gradually after recirculation, (3)The content of TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_1 in brain tissue and Plasma began to increase at 30 min of ischemia, and reached the top level after 30min recirculation.
