实验性不同时间缺血性脑水肿超微结构观察

摘要 在脑缺血大体、光镜病理观察基础上,采用电镜技术对不同时间脑缺血犬相同部位皮质微血管、星形胶质细胞及神经细胞进行观察。超微结构上的变化表明,微血管内皮水肿,吞饮泡大量存在,管腔狭窄是缺血后微血管损伤表现的重要形式。微血管紧密连接在缺血早期完整,在缺血水肿严重期可见到开放。微血管管腔狭窄早期由内皮水肿引起。缺血后微血管内附膜体的出现是造成管腔狭窄的重要原因之一。同一缺血时间下神经细胞改变并不相同。 In this experiment microvasculature, astrocyte, as well as neuron in same region of cortex following various time course ischemia were observed on the basis of general and light microscope observation using electromicroscope technique. Changes on ul(?)tr(?)cture showed that endothelial swelling and narrov of microvaseulature and a number of pinosomes, are important form of microvasculature injure.The tight junctions in microvasculature are intact in early stage of ischemia. But the open of tight junction may be observed in severe edema stage. Lumen narrow of microvasculature was caused by endothelial swelling in early stage. Then, with longer period of ischemia the narrow of lumen resulted from both swollen endothelium and compression of extra cellular edema. Membrane-bound intra-luminal body produced in microvasculature is one of important factors resulting in microcirculatory disturbance. Neuron alterations are not alike in same ischemic time course.
