摘要
目的比较超声和回流2种方法提取草珊瑚茎中迷迭香酸的差异。方法采取超声和回流提取,用HPLC法测定迷迭香酸的含量。结果超声提取法得到的迷迭香酸平均含量为0.1582%,回流提取法为0.0754%。结论超声提取法比回流提取法更简捷、快速,提取效率高。
Objective To compare the difference between ultrasonic extraction and reflux extraction of rosmarinic acid in stem of Sarcandra glabra (Thunb.) Nakai. Methods The stem of Sarcandra glabra (Thunb.) Nakai was extracted respectively by ultrasonic method and reflux method, and the content of rosmarinic acid was determined by HPLC method. Results The average content of rosmarinic acid extracted by ultrasonic method was 0.1582%, and the average content of rosmarinic acid extracted by reflux method was 0.0754%. Conclusion Compared with reflux method, ultrasonic method is more simple, fast and efficient, and suitable for the extraction of rosmarinic acid in stem of Sarcandra glabra (Thunb.) Nakai.
