摘要
目的比较两种迷迭香消毒片熏蒸对室内空气消毒效果,探索实际应用的可能性。方法采用空气微生物采样器采样法进行了室内空气自然菌杀灭效果检测。结果在约27m^3房间内用1片迷迭香片（5g片/）置于电加热器上加热熏蒸。经迷迭香纯干粉片剂对网吧室内空气动态熏蒸1h,空气中自然菌数由消毒前的1793cfu/m^3下降至656cfu/m^3,平均除菌率为63.41%;在1-10h期间,空气中细菌总数保持在656-477cfu/m^3,最高除菌率为74.46%。经迷迭香混合型片剂对室内空气动态熏蒸1h,空气自然菌数由消毒前的1876cfu/m^3降到638cfu/m^3,平均除菌率为65.99%;在1-10h期间,空气中细菌总数保持在638-394cfu/m^3,最高除菌率为81.18%。结论迷迭香片剂加热熏蒸对网吧室内空气中自然菌具有一定消毒效果,两种迷迭香片剂消毒效果无明显差别。
Objective To compare the efficacy of fumigation of 2 Rosmarimus officinalis disinfection tablets in disinfection of indoor air and to explore their actual application possibility.Method Air microbe instrument sampling method was used to examine the efficacy in killing natural bacteria in indoor air.Results One Rosmarimus officinalis disinfection tablet（5 g/tablet） was heated on an electric heater for fumigation in a room about 27 m^3.Dynamic fumigation of indoor air with Rosmarimus officinalis pure powder tablet for 1 h in an internet bar room reduced the natural bacteria in air from 1793 cfu/m^3 before disinfection to 656 cfu/m^3,with average rate of removing bacteria being 63.41%,and the total bacterial count in air was kept at 656～477 cfu/m^3 in a period of 1～10 h,with the maximal bacteria-removing rate of 74.46%.Dynamic fumigation of indoor air with the mixed-type Rosmarimus officinalis tablet for 1 h reduced the natural bacterial count in air from 1876 cfu/m^3 before disinfection to 638 cfu/m^3,with average bacteria-removing rate of 65.99% and the total bacterial count in air was kept at 638～394 cfu/m^3 in a period of 1～10 h,with the maximal bacteria-removing rate of 81.18%.Conclusions Heating fumigation of Rosmarimus officinalis tablets had certain efficacy in disinfection of natural bacteria in indoor air of internet bar room.The disinfection efficacy of the two Rosmarimus officinalis tablets showed no significant difference.
