摘要
目的采用紫外分光光度法测定烟酸片的含量。方法以水为溶剂,在262 nm波长处测定吸光度,绘制标准曲线。结果该法测定平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=0.56%(n=9),线性范围为14.51～33.85μmg,r=0.997。结论本法测定烟酸含量方法简便,快速,结果与药典法基本一致。
Objective To determinate the content of Nicontinic acid tablets by UV-Spectrophotometry.Methods Using water as solvent,the absorbency was determined at wavelength of 262 nm,and the standard curves were drew.Results The average recovery rate was 99.5%,RSD=0.56%（n=9）.The linear range was 14.51~33.85 μmg,r=0.997.Conclusion The assay method of Nicontinic acid tablets by UV-Spectrophotometry is simple and quick.The result is identical to that assayed by the method in pharmacopoeia.
