摘要
医院门诊药房取药是患者排队和等候时间最长、人流量较多的地方。通过对门诊药房后台摆药系统程序设计,改变了传统的先收处方后发药的工作模式。系统能够实现患者取药不排队,并能减少拿错药、发错药的几率,从而提高医疗质量、效率、服务和管理水平。
Pharmacy drug dispensing is the slowest step while patients go to a hospital, which is also the most crowded ones. Through our redesigning of the hospital pharmacy drug dispensing system we changed the traditional mode, which we dispense drugs after we receive the prescription, to free patients from queues and reduce the rate of mistakes on the dispensing and to raise our level of medical quality, efficiency, services and management.
