摘要
针对南京军区总医院的实际情况,建立在基于信息系统平台的基础上,通过调整门诊流程中的相关软件模块,实现了整个门诊服务流程的优化。实际应用表明,采用所介绍的门诊流程优化方法后,能有效提高对门诊病人信息处理的工作效率,有效提高门诊整体服务水平,并取得满意的效果。
According to the practical status in PLA Nanjing General Hospital, the optimization on whole outpatient service process based on the platform of information system is realized by adjusting alternative software module of service flow. Practical application shows that the work efficiency of management for out-patients information is improved efficiently, the whole quality of outpatient medical service is raised availably, and the satisfactory results is obtained, by adopting the optimization method proposed in this paper.
