摘要
近年来,中国国民经济高速发展的同时,国内有限的资源已不能满足其经济和社会发展的需要,因此,积极去海外进行矿产资源开发与利用愈来愈重要。以定性分析为基础,以定量分析为手段,构建了海外铜矿资源开发技术经济评价指标体系,并以典型案例为例进行了实证分析,最后提出了相应的对策与建议。
In recent years, China＇s national economic has been developing rapidly, while the limited domestic resources can not meet the needs of economic and social development. Therefore, it becomes more and more important to develop the oversea mineral resources. In this paper, based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, we built up a technical and economic evaluation index system for the development and utilization of oversea copper resources, and then made an empirical analysis with a typical case. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions were brought forward.
