摘要
用差示扫描量热仪研究了不同1-丁烯含量的丙烯/1-丁烯无规共聚聚丙烯的熔融行为,和不同降温速率下的结晶性能。结果表明,由丙烯/1-丁烯无规共聚聚丙烯原料加工的制品热封温度、透明度、雾度都与其熔融、结晶行为。1-丁烯摩尔分数对丙烯/1-丁烯无规共聚聚丙烯的熔融、结晶行为具有直接影响。
The melting behaviors of polypropylene random copolymerized with propylene and 1 - butylene of different molar fractions and their crystallizing behaviors at different rate of temperature fall were studied withdifferential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Result showed that he neat - semmg p - ,--- mist degree of products processed with propylene/1 - butylene random copolymerized palypropylene related to their melting and crystallizing behaviors, and the molar fraction of 1 - butylene had direct effects on the melting and crystallizing behaviors of propylene/1 = butylene random copolymerized polypropylene.
