摘要
用负载型Ziegler-Nata催化剂合成了丙烯同少量丁烯的共聚物,考察了单体进料比对催化活性的影响,发现此体系存在“共单体效应”。对所得聚合物用13C-NMR、IR和DSC等方法进行了表征。13C-NMR结果表明,共聚物的结构是单个丁烯单元孤立地分散在连续的聚丙烯链节中。通过DSC发现随着共聚物中丁烯含量的增加,γ-晶型增多,共聚物的熔融温度下降,熔融范围变宽。
The copolymer of propylene with a small amount of butene was prepared by heterogeneous ZieglerNatta catalyst. The effect of the feed ratio of butene to propylene was investigated. It was found that there existed comonomer effect' in this system. The copolymers obtained were characterized with IR, 13CNMR and DSC, respectively. The 13CNMR results suggest that only isolated butene units present in the copolymer chain. The melting range broads and the melting temperature decreases with butene content in the copolymer. Also, the amount of γphase increases with the incorporation of butene. All the results show that this copolymer is suitable for film material.
