变风载下风力发电机齿轮传动系统动力学特性研究 被引量:15

STUDY ON DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF GEAR TRANSMISSION SYSTEM OF WIND GENERATOR UNDER VARYING WIND LOAD

摘要 根据风力发电机齿轮传动系统所处的由随机风速引起的复杂变工况环境,用自回归AR风速模型模拟实际风场的风速,获得了由随机风速引起的时变风载荷;采用集中质量参数法建立了传动系统的纯扭转动力学模型,求得了系统的固有频率和阵型;研究了传动系统在时变风载下的动态特性,求得了各齿轮的振动位移和各齿轮副的动态啮合力,为风力发电机传动系统的动态性能优化和可靠性设计奠定了基础。 Based on the gear transmission system of wind generator in complex and changing load environment caused by stochastic wind speed, time-varying wind load caused by stochastic wind speed was obtained with Auto- Regressive (AR) method simulating wind speed of true wind field, A pure torsional dynamic model was built using lumped-parameter method. The natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes of the transmission system were calculated. The dynamic characteristics of the transmission system under time-varying wind load were studied, the vibration displacement responses of the transmission system, as well as dynamic meshing force of each pair of gear were investigated. The research results lay a foundation for dynamic performance optimizing and reliability design of gear transmission system of wind generator.
