摘要
目的:探讨在无明显机械压迫的情况下,髓核自身在腰腿痛发病中的作用。方法:将大鼠自身的尾椎髓核取出置于硬膜外腔,造成非压迫性的大鼠硬膜外自体髓核移植模型,并对其热刺激回缩潜伏期及机械刺激回缩阈值进行测定。结果:即使在无明显机械压迫的情况下,大鼠硬膜外移植自体髓核后可产生明显的痛觉过敏行为。结论:髓核自身是引起腰腿痛的重要原因,推测髓核中的液体漏出刺激神经根和硬膜可能是临床上产生腰腿痛的机制之一。
Objective: To elucidate the role of biologic effect of nucleus puposus in the pathomechanism of low lumbar and leg pain. Methods: The nucleus pulposus of coccygeal vertebral was transplanted to the cavum epidurale of rat, making the non compressive model with transplanted nucleus pulposus. The mechanical withdral threshold and thermal withdral latency were observed. Results: Even without mechnical compression, rats transplanted with nucleus pulposus displayed significant hyperalgesia. Conclusion: The biologic effect of nucleus pulposus is an important factor in the pathogenesis of low lumbar and leg pain. The leakage of nucleus pulposus irritating spinal nerve roots and putamen may be one mechanism of low lumbar and leg pain.
