摘要
对１５具（３０侧）成人尸体腰神经根在椎间孔处前根和后根纤维的走行位置、粗细进行了观测。结果显示：前根由马尾的一股根丝构成，后根由马尾的两股根丝构成，前根位于后根腹侧面正中，井将前后根分三段进行了测量。提出选择性腰神经根切断术的解剖学基础。
he course and diameter of the
dorsal and ventral roots of the lumbar nerves were observedand
measured in 15 cadavers.The result showed that the ventral and the
dorsal roots bear one andtwo canda equin rootlets respectively,and
the ventral root is located in the middle of the ventralside of the
dorsal one.Three different segment’s diameters of both ventral and
dorsal roots weremeasured.These anatomic findings will benefit the
selective lumbar nerve root amputation.
