前列腺癌根治性放疗后生化复发的应对策略 被引量：1

摘要 放疗是局限性前列腺癌较常用的根治性治疗方法。前列腺根治性放疗可选择外放射治疗（externalbeam radiotherapy，EBRT）及近距离照射治疗。根治性外放疗或粒子种植治疗后约20％-50％的病人会出现生化复发^[1]，放疗后前列腺癌局部穿刺所证实的复发率为25％-94％，
