摘要
采用大剂量静注丙球冲击疗法(HDIVIG)治疗2例伴发肿瘤的泛发性带状疱疹患者 ,常规治疗效果欠佳的皮肌炎、大疱性类天疱疮和系统性红斑狼疮患者各1例 ,剂量为0.4/(kg·d)共5天 ,并辅以中等剂量的皮质类固醇激素。经治疗患者的症状迅速缓解 ,治疗中无明显不良反应。
Two patients with generalized herpes zoster complicated with tumor and 3 patients with dermatomyositis, bullous pemphigoid and systemic lupus erythmatosus respectively, who did not respond to routine treatments were treated successfully by high dose intravenous gammaglobulin(HDIVIG). There were no obvious adverse effects. We consider that HDIVIG might be one of the effective therapies for generalized viral infection and autoimmune dermatoses.
