摘要
目的 研究高血压患者左室重量指数 (LVMI)与左心功能的关系。方法 应用超声心动图对高血压35例非左室肥厚 (A组 )及 40例左室肥厚 (B组 )患者与健康人进行对比分析。结果 A组与对照组相比 ,反映舒张功能的IRT及E/A比值有显著差别 (P<0 .0 1) ,B组左室重量指数及心功能各项指标与对照组相比均有显著性差别 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 提示高血压患者心脏受累后早期主要为舒张功能不全 ,随着心肌肥厚、左室重量指数增加而导致收缩功能减低。
Objectives To study the relationship between left Ventricular mass index(LVMI) and left cardiac function in hypertension by echocardiography.Methods Echocardiography was performed in 35 non left ventricular hypertrophy patients(Group A),40 left ventricular hypertrophy patients(Group B) and 80 controls.LVMI and left cardiac function indexes defined as left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)、IRT and ratio of E/A were calculated.Results Significant difference (P<0.01) was found in IRT and ratio of E/A reflecting diastolic function between Group A and the control group.Significant difference (P<0.05～0.01) was found in LVMI、EF、IRT and ratio of E/A between Group B and the control group.Conclusion During early period of hypertension impairment of cardiac function was diastolic function.With progress of cardiomuscular hypertrophy and increase of LVMI,systolic function tends to be weakened
