摘要
分析加勒比海三国医疗服务手术工作流程特点，为未来医院船遂行非战争军事行动提供指导。通过总结对外医疗服务工作中手术室工作流程经验，了解优化流程对手术室工作效率的影响。结合医院船现有条件及海上手术特殊要求，提出进一步改进方案和应对措施。医院船手术工作的顺利开展保证了医院船平台对外医疗服务期间工作正常进行，优化手术工作流程对提高手术室效率起到了重要的作用。
To analysis characteristics of the medical service operation work flow in the three countries around the Caribbean, and to provide guidance for the non-war military action by the hospital ship. We explore the effect of the work flow optimization to operation room efficiency by summarizing experiences of the foreign medical services in operation room work, and give improved scheme and measures combined with the existing condition of the hospital ship and special demands of the oceanic operation. The hospital ship platform medical services going normally is ensured by the operation working smoothly, and It is also important to improve the efficiency of operation by optimization of operation work flow.
