摘要
我军“和平方舟”号医院船自服役以来，分别执行了“和谐使命-2010”、“和谐使命-2011”两次海外医疗服务任务，对服务模式进行了较为深入的探索和实践，形成了具有我国特色的医院船军事外交和海外人道主义医疗援助经验，同时也暴露了一些问题。本文分析了该模式的意义和问题，并对医院船海外医疗服务模式的完善进行了初步的思考。
Chinese navy hospital ship Peace Ark has fulfilled 2 missions of overseas medical services： ＂Mission Harmony-2010＂ and ＂Mission Harmony-2011＂, since it started to serve in the navy. During the missions, the service mode was constantly explored and put into practice. The experience of hospital ship military diplomacy and overseas humanitarian medical aid was gained with China＇s characteristics. Meanwhile, some problems emerged. This paper analyzed the main experience and problems of the service mode, and summarized the reflections on how to optimize it.
