摘要
根据政校企行合作中参与方式、合作内容、合作层级、合作主体、合作应用性人才培养模式、合作方式、驱动力等的不同,在政校企行合作中形成了不同的人才培养模式。文章就政校企行合作中不同的人才培养模式作比较,以期进一步促进校企合作人才培养模式的不断创新。
Personnel training in school-government-enterprise-industry cooperation presents various modes according to cooperation involvement,cooperation contents,cooperation levels,cooperation subjects,cooperation ways,and cooperation drives.This paper attempts to find new personnel training modes by making a comparative study of the different personnel training modes in the school-government-enterprise-industry cooperation.
