摘要
乳酸左氧氟沙星(levofloxacinlactae)具有对革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌抗菌作用强的特点。从临床分离的302株细菌敏感试验结果显示,该药对金葡球菌甚为敏感,其MIC50为0.06mgL,MIC90为0.25mgL,MBC50为0.06mgL,MBC90为0.5mgL,与日产左氧氟沙星基本一致,较氧氟沙星强。对沙门氏菌属极为敏感,MIC50和MIC90分别为0.03和0.25mgL,MBC50和MBC90,亦分别为0.03和0.25mgL。此结果和日产左氧氟沙星完全一致,较氧氟沙星强。该药抗菌活力不受或少受细菌接种菌量及加入不同人血清量的影响,如果培养基pH偏碱性时,则抗菌活力增强。
Levofloxacin lactate has a broad spectrum and a potent activity against both Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. The in vitro antibacterial activity of levofloxacin lactate aganist 302 clinical bacterial isolates showed: levofloxacin lactate had good activities against S.aureus the MIC 50 and MIC 90 of S.aureus were 0.06 and 0.25 mg/L, MBC 50 and MBC 90 were 0.06 and 0.5 mg/L. It also had good activities against Salmonella , the MIC 50 and MIC 90 of Salmonella were 0.03 and 0.25 mg/L. MBC 50 and MBC 90 were 0.03 and 0.25 mg/L respectively. The antibacterial activities were comparable to those of imported levofloxacin and higher than that of ofloxacin. The activity of levofloxacin lactate was unaffected or a little affectd by the inoculum size and adding of serum.But the activity of levofloxacin lactate was higher in the alkaline medium.
