摘要
体外抑菌试验测得达氟沙星(Danofloxaxin)对鱼类嗜水气单胞菌的最小抑菌质量浓度(MIC)为0.05 mg/L,最小杀菌质量浓度(MBC)为0.1 mg/L,四种培养条件对其抑菌效果均有不同的影响,其中镁离子和pH对MIC和MBC的影响最为显著,相对细菌接种量和血清浓度对其抑菌活性的影响则较小.体内药效试验表明,达氟沙星以2.5,10,20 mg/kg口灌给药,连续给药4次,人工感染嗜水气单胞菌的史氏鲟的死亡率分别为15%,0,0,氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星和新诺明分别以50,10,100mg/kg给药,感染鱼的死亡率均为0,而感染不给药组(阳性对照组)的史氏鲟的死亡率为45%.达氟沙星组试验鱼肝脏感染率分别为40%,0,0,氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星、新诺组感染率分别为40%,0和60%,而感染不给药组史氏鲟的肝脏感染率为100%.中、高剂量的达氟沙星对感染嗜水气单胞菌的史氏鲟的治疗效果与恩诺沙星(10 mg/kg)相近,而优于氟苯尼考(50 mg/kg)和新诺明(100 mg/kg).
Pharmacodynamics of a new domestic antibacterial danofloxacin against artificially infected by Aeromonas hydrophila of Acipenser schrencki was studied. The minimal inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) is 0. 05 mg/L, and the minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) is 0. 1 mg/L. The enviroment factors influence the MIC and MBC, Mg2 + and pH have especially significant effects, while the inoculum size of bacteria and the blood serum has little influences on the vitro activities of the danofioxacin. The result of efficacy of danofloxa-cin against Acipenser schrenckii experimentally infected by Aeromonas hydrophila shows that the death rate of Acipenser schrenckii is 15 % , 0, 0, given respectively danofioxacin at 2. 5 , 10, 20 mg/kg, and once every day for four days. The death rate of Acipenser schrenckii given florfenicol (50 mg/kg) , enrofloxacin ( 10 mg/ kg) and gantanol ( 100 mg/kg) is 0. The death rate of the positive control group is 45 % . The infected rate of danofioxacin (2.5 , 10, 20 mg/kg) is 40 % , 0 and 0, 40 % of florfenicol (50 mg/kg) , 0 of enrofloxacin (10 mg/kg) and 60 % of gantanol (100 mg/kg) , 100 % ofpositive control group. The results showed that the efficacy of danofioxacin (10, 20 mg/kg) is the same as enrofloxacin (10 mg/kg) , and is better than florfenicol (50 mg/kg) and gantanol (100 mg/kg).
