摘要
简述了HCRM(医院客户关系管理系统)及其主要功能,介绍了电活语音盒及其功能特点,重点阐述了如何将电话语音盒应用到HCRM中,使HCRM更好地发挥作用,提高医疗服务质量及工作效率,改善医患关系,促进医院健康发展。
The concept of HCRM (Hospital Customer Relationship System) and it' s main functions, the concept of telephone box and it' s characters were shown in this paper. Telephone box was applied in HCRM in order to exert the functions of HCRM, consequently, the quality and efficiency of hospital' s customer service are improved, the relationship between hospital and patient is amended, and the hospital can develop more healthily.
