摘要
目的通过对近期156份数字化射线摄影(DR)所做全脊柱照片质量分析,讨论影响照片质量的因素。方法随机选取开展DR全脊柱摄影以来的156例患者照片,其中男性45例,女性111例;年龄9~75岁,平均年龄42岁。按照包括的部位、图像清晰度、全片密度有无差异、拼接线是否明显、全片各部位是否失真来评价照片质量。结果全部照片中,有1例头颈部与其他部位比例失调,3例全片密度差别太大,2例因拼接点上下影像变形失真而使拼接线明显,不影响诊断,4例拼接点选择错误影像失真,4例因呼吸运动导致拼接错位。结论影响DR全脊柱拼接成像片的原因很多,但合格的照片质量要优于计算机X射线摄影片,完全能满足诊断要求。
Objective To discuss the factors affecting the picture quality by analyzing of 156 digital radiography(DR) of whole spine photos.Methods A total of 156 DR whole spine photos were randomly selected,male 45,female 111,aged 9-75 years old,mean age 42 years old.The photo quality was evaluated by the location,image clarity,density difference,stitching line and distortion in all parts of the photo.Results Among all of the photos,1 case occurred imbalance between head-neck and other parts,3 cases appeared big differences in the density of the entire film,2 cases had obvious stitching lines because of image distortion in splicing point,but which were not affected the diagnosis,4 cases were dislocated due to respiratory motion.Conclusion It is demonstrated that there are many reasons affecting the whole spine stitching DR imaging,but the quality of qualified photo is better than that of the computed radiography,which could completely meet the diagnostic requirements.
