摘要
目的观察神阙穴施雷火灸法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效,验证其有效性及安全性。方法采用随机对照的临床研究方法,将80例患者分为两组,治疗组予雷火灸神阙穴治疗,对照组予咪唑斯汀片治疗,2星期后观察治疗前后瘙痒、局部皮疹改变等临床症状评分,并评价临床疗效。进行治疗前后的组内比较和治疗后的组间比较,观察治疗组对上述指标的改善情况及两种方法间的差异性。结果两组组内治疗前后临床症状总积分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为77.5%,对照组总有效率为65.0%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经Ridit检验,两组疗效等级比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组未见严重的不良反应。结论雷火灸法治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切,能够显著改善慢性荨麻疹患者的临床症状和体征;在改善临床症状及整体疗效方面均优于咪唑斯汀治疗,是一种治疗慢性荨麻疹安全、有效的中医外治疗法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion at Shenque（CV 8） for chronic urticaria,and to prove its validity and safety.Method By randomized controlled study method,eighty patients were divided into two groups.The treatment group was intervened by thunder-fire moxibustion at Shenque（CV 8） and the control group was by Mizolastine tablet.Clinical manifestations such as itching and skin eruption were observed before and after 2-week treatment,and the therapeutic effect was also evaluated.Inner-group comparison and inter-group comparison after treatment were conducted to observe the improvement in the treatment group and the differences between the two treatment methods.Result In comparing the general symptom score,the inner-group comparison and inter-group comparison both showed significant differences（P0.05）.The total effective rate was 77.5% in the treatment group,versus 65.0% in the control group,and the difference was insignificant（P0.05）.By Ridit test,it showed significant difference in comparing the effective rate（P0.05）.There was no severe adverse effect during the study.Conclusion The effect of thunder-fire moxibustion in treating chronic urticaria is valid.It can significantly help the clinical manifestations and signs,and is superior to Mizolastine tablet in ameliorating symptoms and general treatment effect.Therefore,thunder-fire moxibustion is a safe and effective external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic urticaria.
