摘要
农户粮食储备是我国粮食储备体系的重要组成部分,虽然有关我国粮食安全问题的研究文献较多,但有关农户粮食储备问题的研究文献甚少,笔者从农户粮食储备概念、衡量标准、储备量估算、品种结构、储备动机、影响因素、农户粮食储备模型、对粮食市场和粮食安全的影响和作用、农户粮食储备行为研究意义几个方面对我国农户粮食储备问题进行系统综述,最后提出农户粮食储备有待于继续深入研究的问题。
Grain storage of Chinese farm households is one important part of the grain storage system in China.There are many research papers on China＇s food security,but several on grain storage of Chinese farm households.The author reviewed recent research papers on grain storage of Chinese farm households and summarized findings in the aspects of the conception,measurement criteria,reserves estimation,breed structure,storage motives,the determinants of grain storage,grain storage models,the impacts on grain market and grain security,research significance.Finally,the problems related to grain storage of farm households are put forward which need to be studied continuously.
