摘要
本文根据现有的统计资料和中国农业大学的问卷调查情况，对中国农户的粮食储备问题作出分析：（１）推算出中国８０年代初期以来农户的结转粮食储备数量。（２）影响中国农户粮食储备的制约因素。（３）农户粮食储备对粮食市场的影响及其政策意义。作者认为，近一、二年来，中国的国内粮食市场发生了较大的波动，农户的粮食储备及其市场反应行为特声、是造成波动的重要原因之一。并据此提出了国家稳定国内粮食市场的对策。
According to the statistics of National Statistics Bureau and survey papers of China Agriculture University. this paper analyses Farmers' grain stock: 1. reckoning up the surplus amount of farmers' grain stock; 2. the restraining factors of effecting farmers' grain stock; 3. the effect of farmers' grain stock on grain market and its policy implications. The author considers there are bigger fluctuation in recent years in the domestic grain market, which is mainly caused by farmers' grain stock and its effect on market, so this paper gives some countermeasures to stablize domestic grain nlarket.
