摘要
通过对 98年蹦床世界杯系列赛 (丹麦站 )女子蹦床运动员完成的 38套自选动作的录像统计与分析 ,找出女子蹦床自选动作成套编排一定的规律和特点 ,为提高我国女子蹦床的水平提供有价值的参考 。
In this thesis the author counts and analyzes on the video tape of the 1998 Trampoline World Cup Series(Denmark),finds out and explains in detail the regularity and characteristics of the set arrangement of women's trampoline optional exercise.Based on the above analysis the author hopes to offer some valuable references for the improvement of the state's women's trampoline level and also provide some theoretical basis for the state's trampoline coaches in arranging women's trampoline set optional exercise.
