摘要
通过对成套动作的难度情况、动作的分布情况以及新规则指导下出现的新变化的系统分析,得出男子蹦床网上预赛第一套动作的编排特征,旨在为尽快熟悉新规则,提高我国蹦床运动的水平服务。
The authors systemically analyze the difficulty, distribution of the motions and the new changes in the guidance of the new regulations. The layout characteristics of the first set of motions in the men＇ s trampoline are summed up, in order to help to familiarize the new regulations and promote the level of the trampoline movements in China.
