摘要
人力资源,因其蕴涵在员工中的知识和能力以及员工之间的关系难以被竞争对手模仿,成为持续竞争优势的来源。将人力资源管理活动划分为招募选拔、培训等实践活动,在平衡计分卡的企业绩效考核指标体系下,收集西安及周边地区高新技术企业的数据,运用统计学中相关性和回归分析,进一步得出企业的人力资源管理实践与企业绩效之间的关系。
Human resource is sources of sustainable competitive advantages, because the employee with the ability and knowledge and the relationship among them is hard to be imitated. This article divides the human resource management into selecting, training and assessment, using the balanced score card index system to apprise the performance. Using statistical correlation and regression analysis,we collect the data of high and new technology enterprise around Xi'an to get the relationship between human resource management practice and enterprise performance.
