减黏裂化预处理焦化进料的工艺研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了考察减黏裂化预处理延迟焦化原料的效果,以两种减压渣油为原料,在温度为380~420℃,反应时间2~90 min的实验条件下,考察其减黏裂化性能,探索渣油的减黏率与操作条件及甲苯不溶物含量的相互关系。结果表明:对于同一种原料油,减黏率存在最大值;对于不同的原料油,当操作条件较为缓和时,其减黏率相差较大;但随着操作条件苛刻度的逐渐提高,其差别逐步变小,并基本趋于一致。当减黏率达到最大值后,甲苯不溶物的含量急剧增加,并出现拐点,该拐点可以作为减黏裂化深度的参考依据。结合实际生产需要,推荐原料减黏预处理条件为:反应温度400℃、反应时间30~40 min。 The cracking performance of two vacuum residue feeds were investigated to know the visbreaking performance and the relationship between the visbreaking rate,operating conditions and content of toluene insolubles at temperatures ranging from 380 to 420 ℃ and reaction time from 2 to 90 minutes.The results indicated that there was a maximum visbreaking rate for each feed.As the operation conditions change,there was bigger difference in the visbreaking rates of different feeds.With the severity becoming gradually higher,the difference of visbreaking rates of the two feeds became increasingly smaller and finally similar.When the visbreaking rates reached the maximum,the toluene insolubles increased rapidly and an inflexion point appeared which can be considered as a reference to estimate the level of visbreaking.400 ℃ reaction temperature and 30-40 minutes reaction time are recommended for visbreacking pretreatment of feedstock in consideration of operation requirements.
