摘要
[目的]采用紫外分光光度法测定烟草中的游离烟碱。[方法]采用水、三氯甲烷、酸液依次萃取烟草中的游离烟碱,并用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。[结果]测定结果与传统气相色谱内标法无显著差异;方法的重现性能达到常规化学分析要求。利用该方法测定了部分云南产的红花大金元和K326烟叶,结果满意。[结论]紫外分光光度法测定烟草中烟碱含量准确度高、速度快。
[Objective] The aim was to determine the free nicotine in tobacco by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.[Method] Free nicotine was extracted with water,chloroform,acidizing fluid in order,and its contents were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.[Result] The results showed that there was no significant difference between ultraviolet spectrophotometry and gas chromatography internal standard method,and the reproducibility of ultraviolet spectrophotometry met the requirements of conventional chemical analysis.The method applied to the determination of free nicotine in Honghuadajinyuan and K326 with satisfactory results.[Conclusion] Ultraviolet spectrophotometry is a fast determination method for free nicotine with higher accuracy from tobacco.
