摘要
分析儿科门诊导医在导诊工作中存在的问题,针对相关问题采取切实可行的对策。通过对儿科门诊的导诊护士加强儿科专科知识培训,做好儿科门诊健康教育,加强护患沟通,提高护士的自身素质。解决了工作中存在的问题,提高了护理质量。提高了儿科门诊工作的满意度。
