摘要
近年来申请职业性慢性苯中毒诊断的案例逐年增多,尽管诊断标准不断修订、完善,但实际工作中仍然会经常遇到一些难以解决的问题。对近十年国内的相关文献进行了初步归纳,并结合目前诊断过程中存在的一些疑问,就目前职业性慢性苯中毒诊断现状进行粗浅的分析、探讨。
The case number of application for the diagnosis of occupational chronic benzene poisoning is increasing year by year. The diagnostic criteria of occupational chronic benzene poisoning has been revised several times in the past year,but we still met new problems in the course of diagnosis. We discussed the present status of the diagnosis of chronic benzene poisoning by combining reviews of domestic literatures in recent ten years, to give some indication for improvement of diagnostic criteria.
