基于Linux的经编机人机交互系统研究

摘要 为确保经编机在高速运行下送经量的恒定,解决经编过程中经纱张力稳定性要求问题,设计了一种基于ARM硬件平台和Linux软件平台的经编机人机交互系统。搭建了以AM3517为核心的嵌入式硬件平台和定制Linux实时操作系统。利用嵌入式Linux系统下的应用软件Qt编写了简单、快捷、友好的图形用户界面。实验结果表明,该系统运行稳定,操作简便,具有良好的人机交互能力。 In order to ensure that high-speed warp knitting machine send constantly in the high-speed cases and solve stability of warp tension during weaving, a human-computer interaction system of the warp knitting machine was designed based on ARM and embedded Linux. The AM3517 core embedded hardware platform and Linux real-time operating system were set up and formalized separately. Graphical user interface was programmed by application software Qt/E of embedded Linux operating system. And it was proved that the system is stable, easy and friendly to operate.
