摘要
为了改进国内全自动横机的软件控制方法,基于全自动横机系统结构和原理的分析,在已有硬件平台(ARM9:S3C2410、FPGA:EP1K50)的基础上,提出一种新型的横机软件系统解决方案。该方案基于嵌入式Linux操作系统实现,主要由罗拉系统控制算法、驱动程序、横机编织控制程序和图形用户界面4部分组成。与传统电脑横机相比,基于此设计的横机技术含量高,可移植性强,可以组网控制,并且能将成本控制在较低的范围。实践证明,该方案切实可行。
In order to improve the software control method of fully automatic flat knitting machine inland, the structure and theory of flat knitting machine were analyzed, and a new-style doable software design based on the hardware (ARM & FPGA) which was already chosen was proposed. This software design is based on embedded Linux, which includes the control algorithm of taker-in roller system, driver design, knit control program design and graphical user interfaces design. Compared with congener products, the machine based on this design is more advanced, easier to be transplanted, accessible in a network and low cost. It is proved to be a doable design in practice.
