摘要
研究三角中空锦纶丝无缝针织织物的外观性能,用圆形中空锦纶丝和普通锦纶丝与其作对比,选取织物悬垂性、刚柔性、折皱回复性、抗勾丝性、抗起毛起球性和色牢度6项与织物外观性能密切相关的试验,综合测试分析上述3种锦纶丝的无缝针织织物的外观性能。结果表明:三角中空锦纶丝无缝针织织物具有良好的外观性能,多项外观性能与织物的组织结构、经纬方向等因素有关。
In order to study appearance performance of seamless knitting fabric made of triangle-hollow nylon, seamless knitting fabric samples made of three kinds of nylon including triangle-hollow nylon, circle-hollow nylon and ordinary nylon were tested and analyzed through appearance performance tests such as fabric drapability, suppleness, wrinkle recovery, philling resistance, snagging resistance and color fastness. Test results show that seamless knitting fabric made of triangle-hollow nylon has good appearance performance and some performance are related to such factors as knitting structures, fabric warp or weft direction and so on.
