社区管理对糖尿病患者血糖控制的干预效果 被引量：7

摘要 目的分析探讨社区管理在糖尿病临床治疗中对患者血糖控制的干预效果。方法本院260例门诊就诊的2型糖尿病非住院患者,对照组(n=130)仅接受内科治疗而不给予社区管理;干预组(n=130)接受内科治疗、社区管理。采用SF-36量表评价两组患者的生命质量,对比血糖水平的改善情况。结果随访12个月后,干预组血糖水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者生命质量评分总分优于糖尿病中国常模(P<0.05),同时明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区管理对糖尿病患者具有积极影响,能够有效辅助控制血糖,提高患者的生活质量。
