C反应蛋白和腺苷脱氨酶联合检测在胸腔积液性质鉴别中的应用 被引量:1

SIGNIFICANCE ON DISTINGUISH DIAGNOSIS OF PLEURAL EFFUSION COMBINED CRP WITH ADA DETECTION

摘要 目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)和腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)联合检测在胸腔积液性质鉴别中的应用。方法对确诊的结核性胸腔积液42例和恶性胸腔积液58例进行CRP、ADA联合检测,并进行统计学分析。结果 CRP值和ADA值在结核性胸腔积液中显著升高,与恶性胸腔积液CRP值和ADA值相比差异具有统计学意义,P值均<0.05。结论 CRP与ADA的联合检测在检测胸腔积液性质来源鉴别中具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of combining detection C- reactive protein (CRP) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) to identify the nature of pleural effusion. Methods The level of CRP and ADA were detected for 42 cases with tuberculous pleural effusion and 58 cases with malignant pleural effusion. A statistical analysisi was performed. Results The levels of CRP and ADA were significantly higher in tuberculous pleural effusion than that in malignant pleural fluid(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of ADA and CRP has an important clinical value in the identification of the nature of pleural effusion.
