摘要
介绍了进口TMT T1-00266液压泥炮的性能参数和工作原理,针对其在武钢高炉实际生产应用中所出现的一些问题进行分析、探讨,并作出相应的改进,提高可靠性,使其更加适应武钢的使用环境。
The present paper introduces the parameters of performance and working principle of the hydraulic clay gun TMT T1-00266 and analyzes and discusses the prob- lems generating in the actual production and application of the new device in the blast furnaces in WISCO and puts forward some improvement measures in order to raise its reliability and make it more adaptable to the environments of operation in WISCO.
