摘要
天钢钢铁有限公司2000m^3、3200m^3两座高炉分别采用了气液复合式开铁口机和TMT立柱式全液压式开铁口机,对开铁口机的使用、技术改进情况进行了简要的分析。生产实践表明,全液动、液压旋臂气动开口机具有技术领先、性能可靠、节能环保、操作便利等诸多优点,具有广泛的应用前景。
Tianjin Iron and Steel Company Limited adopts hydro-pneumatic type tap-hole drills and TMT fully hydraulic mast type tap-hole drills respectively for its 2,000 m3 and 3,200 m3 blast furnaces. The paper briefly analyzes the application and technical modification for the tap-hole drills. As practice shows, the fully hydraulic pneumatic tap-hole drills with hydraulic rotating arm have advantages such as technique advance, reliable properties, energy saving and environmental protection, easy operation and so on, all of them make the tap-hole drills have widely application prospect.
