摘要
目的了解护理人员及护理研究生对专业学位护理研究生临床实践的观点,旨在构建专业学位护理硕士研究生临床实践模式指标,为专业学位护理硕士研究生临床实践提供指导依据。方法自制问卷经专家函询和预实验后形成正式问卷,正式问卷发放给国内3大护理院校及6所三级甲等医院的316位护理人员。采用项目分析、因子分析、克伦巴哈系数α等方法对问卷的结构效度及内在效度进行检验,形成专业学位护理硕士研究生临床实践模式指标。结果回收数据经SPSS17.0统计软件分析,得出指标体系总内在信度α为0.949。各维度的内在信度为0.619~0.884。结论最终形成的临床实践模式指标体系8个维度44个指标,其中维度包括临床实践目的、临床实践基地、临床实践科室、临床实践内容、临床实践形式、临床实践时间、临床指导老师和临床实践考核。问卷设计的内容可以作为专业学业护理硕士研究生临床实践管理和教育的参考指标。
Objective To understand the view of the nurses and nursing postgraduates to clinical practice of nursing postgraduates of professional degree. The goal is to construct a series of indexes of clinical practice with a view to provide a clinical practice guide for nursing postgraduate of professional degree. Methods Formal questionnaire was formed after expert advice and pre-test. Questionnaire was distributed to 316 nursing from 3 nursing school and 6 three level of first-class hospital. Using the item analysis and factor analysis Cronbach' sct coefficient methods to test internal reliability and construct validity of questionnaires and to form clinical practice mode indicators. Results Date reclaimed was analyzed by spssl7.0,the coefficient of Cronbach' sct for the total system was 0.949, and the coefficient of each domain ranged from 0. 619 to 0. 884. Conclusions Clinical practice mode is composed finally of 8 dimensions including 44 indicators. The 8 dimensions include clinical practice target, clinical practice base, clinical practice department, clinical practice contents, form of clinical practice, clinical practice time, clinical preceptor and clinical practice examination. The contents of questionnaire can be used as the indexes of clinical practice management and education for nursing postgraduates of professional degree.
