摘要
在现代企业中,组织的发展主要依靠员工的主动投入与积极创新。这使得企业越来越重视对员工关系的改善,如何协调员工关系已经成为大多数组织面临的重要课题。作为员工关系的主导者,企业应该根据人才对组织的相对价值将员工分为四类,然后针对不同类型人才的特征与属性采取差别化的员工管理方式,促进员工关系的和谐发展。
In modern enterprise system,the development of the organization mainly depends on the employee's initiative devotion and active innovation.It makes the enterprises lay more and more emphasis on improving the employee relationship management and how to coordinate this relationship has been an important issue faced by most organizations.Talents can be classified into four categories according to the employee's relative value to the organization.Differential management should be taken to improve the employee's relationship according to characteristics and attributes of different kinds of talents.
