摘要
对施工招标评标中标底编制、类比价计算、不平衡报价分析、综合评标的数学模型进行了研究 ,然后提出了相应的模型和方法 ,并对模型和方法的可靠性从理论上进行了论证。
The mathematical models of the construction tender are researched which are used for working out the basic price and computing the appraising price of bidding price and analysing the disequilibrium price of hidding and synthetic appraising and comparing the bidding document.Then this paper presents models and computing methods and proves the reliability theoretically.
