摘要
本文通过回顾我国既有铁路的提速， 重点论述目前全路既有铁路普遍提速的总体思路与目标以及普遍提速的关键技术， 通过对三大干线以外的几条主要干线的调查分析， 确定了１９９９ 年我国既有铁路提速的方案， 着重分析了胶济线、浙赣线和鹰厦线提速试验和上海至厦门运行试验。
This paper reviews the speed-raising projects of China′s existing railways.It presents especially the general target and thinking in connexion with the general speed raising on existing railways as well as the related key technologies.Through investigation carried out on several main lines except Beijing Shanghai,Beijing Guangzhou and Beijing Harbin lines,the speed raising scheme for exising railways in China in 1999 has been determined.The results of speed raising tests on Jinan Qingdao,Hangzhou Zhuzhou and Shanghai Xiamen lines are analysed in particular.
